By scheduling a water test, purchasing, or agreeing to the installation or replacement of a water treatment system from Maritime Water, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the services provided by Maritime Water, including but not limited to water testing, system installation, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Water Testing and Quality Disclaimer

Our water testing services provide insights into the quality and composition of your water supply.

Test results are based on a sample taken at the time of testing and may not fully represent variations in water quality over time.

Maritime Water does not guarantee specific water quality improvements beyond the capabilities of the installed system.

Additional or third-party laboratory testing may be required for regulatory or health-related compliance, for which Maritime Water is not responsible.
3. Water Treatment System Installation & Replacement

Maritime Water will install or replace water treatment systems according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their plumbing and electrical systems are in proper working order before installation.

Any additional modifications required to accommodate the system (such as plumbing or electrical upgrades) may incur extra charges.

Maritime Water is not liable for any pre-existing plumbing or structural issues that may affect installation or performance.
4. Warranty and Maintenance

All water treatment systems come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to proper use and maintenance.

Any unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or failure to follow recommended service schedules may void the warranty.

Regular maintenance is required for optimal system performance. Maritime Water offers maintenance services but is not responsible for system failures due to neglect.
5. Limitations of Liability

Maritime Water is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of water treatment systems, failure to maintain the system, or changes in water quality due to external factors.

We are not responsible for any health-related claims or guarantees regarding water consumption beyond what the treatment system is designed to improve.

Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (such as property damage or lost income) due to water system failure or poor water quality are not the responsibility of Maritime Water.
6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits may be required for custom installations or specialized equipment orders.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
